Base recognition issues

Hi,

On iOS, when sliding the notifications tab (or any other), looks like the game thinks that the base connection is lost.

Also, doing the same thing may cause the game to think that the pieces fell, prompt to rebuild but without doing a thing that would dissapear with no further effect.
