Hardware Issues

Please let us know about any hardware-related issues here (e.g. Artefacts don't scan, things don't place on the Plinth, the Plinth doesn't turn-on, etc.). Please include details of the tablet/phone you are using, a screenshot or video of the problem and as much descriptive information as possible.
