Complete instructions for adding pieces to the game (scanning and placing Artefacts) are give here. After touching your chosen Artefact to the Plinth it should cause the same piece to appear in a constellation on-screen, a bit like this:
If the Artefact appears on-screen as something unexpected then there may be a problem (if the Artefact fails to appear at all then click here instead). Please try the following possible solutions before submitting a help request:
- Power-off the Plinth and force-quit the app (check with your device's manufacturer for further details if needed). Then power-on the Plinth again, re-launch the app and try again with the same Artefact.

- Check if the problem occurs with multiple Artefacts and make a note of them. Please provide the list of faulty Artefacts in your help request.
